Modified Pumpkin Carrot Bars

Ingredients
2 c white whole wheat flour1/2 c unsweetened applesauce2 tsp b powder2 tsp b soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp cloves1/4 tsp ginger6 Tb unsalted butter, softened3/4 c brown sugar1/2 c Stevia*2 eggs1/2 c all whites1 can pumpkin (15 oz)1 c carrot, grated-6 oz neufchatel cheese, softened1/4 c Stevia1 Tb unsweetened plain almond milk
Directions
* type that is cup-for-cup equivalent to sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Beat sugar, Stevia, and butter, then add eggs, whites, applesauce, carrots, and pumpkin. Blend together flour, spices, and baking powder/soda. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 10x15 pan. Mix 3 remaining ingreds for topping. Dollop across top, then lightly swirl together. Bake for approx 30 min. [32 servings]
