South Beach Chock-Full-of-Veggies Chili with ground turkey

20 oz package Jennie-O ground Turkey1 Tbsp. olive oil3 bell peppers (any color), chopped2 celery stalks, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced1 Tbsp chili powder1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Italian Medly, or Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning1 tsp. ground cumin2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans, with juices2 (14.5) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes with juices
In large pot over medium heat, brown ground turkey. Remove from pan to another dish, set aside. Heat olive oil in pan. Add peppers, onion, celery and garlic; cook, stirring until veggies begin to soften, about 7 minutes. Return browned turkey to pan. Add chili powder, Mrs. Dash, cumin and salt, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes more.
Add beans and tomatoes wiwth their juices. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until chili is fragrant and slightly thickened, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm and garnish with low fat sour cream.
Makes about 6- 1 1/2 cup servings.
