Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
2-4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 fresh avocado, sliced2 tsp Montreal Chicken seasoning2 leaves iceberg lettuce2 Orowheat 100% Whole Wheat sandwich thins1 tbsp Hellman's Mayo w/ olive oil2 slices Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone
Directions
Season both sides of each chicken breast with 1 tbsp of seasoning. Grill for 6 minutes on each side (or in a pan). I use my George Foreman.

Spread 1/2 tbsp of mayo on each bottom of sandwich thin. Place chicken on bottom. Top with cheese, slices of avocado, lettuce, and top of sandwich thin.

Makes 2 servings.
