Ingredients
Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cupLean Ground Turkey, 2 oz Quinoa, 1/2 cup (cooked)Green Onion (1 Green Onion)Bell Pepper Red, fresh, 60 gramsGarlic, 2 tsp
Directions
brown the turkey, dice up the veggies.
Put everything together into a sauce pan & simmer for 5 minutes.
