Southwestern Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained2 cups Black Beans, rinsed and drained2 cups Chickpeas, rinsed and drained1 cup Celery, sliced1 med. Red Onion, diced1 med. Tomato, diced1 cup Corn, thawedDressing:3/4 cup Salsa1/4 cup Olive Oil1/4 cup Lime Juice1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
Directions
In a large bowl combine the beans, celery, onion, tomato, corn, and peas. In a small bowl combine the ingredients for the dressing. Pour dressing over the bean mixture; toss to coat. Cover salad and chili for at least two hours. Makes 10 servings.
