Easy Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef1 large can crushed tomatoes1 can tomato paste1 carton (4 cups) chicken or beef stock or vegetable1 large yellow onion4 cloves garlic (to your taste more or less)2 cans red kidney beans3 tablespoon of chili powder, more or less to tastesalt, pepper and cumin to taste.
Directions
Brown hamburger, once done mix in chopped onion and minced garlic and saute for a few more minutes. Then pour in all other ingredients and simmer for two hours.

I added cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
