4 cans kidney beans (do not drain)One large or two small cans tomato sauce1.5 cups applesauce.5 tsp cumin.5 tsp garlic salt2.5 TBS chili powder
Put four cans kidney beans in a large pot. Do not drain the beans. Add one large or two small cans of tomato sauce. Add about 1.5 cups of applesauce (shhhh! It's the secret ingredient!). Stir. Add all seasonings. Bring to a slow boil the simmer. The longer it simmers the better.
