Ingredients
2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/3 Cup WaterSalt to taste
Directions
Add flour to water, and heat over low heat until mixture thickens. Add cheese and salt to taste and let melt.

Once melted pour over your favorite vegetable.
