Barb and Ed's Sauteed Chicken for Salads

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive OIl1 tsp Chicken Bouillon dissolved in 8 oz. water2 Chicken breasts (approx. 12 oz raw)
Directions
Cube chicken
In saute pan, heat olive oil
Add chicken and saute until white
Pour in bouillon and simmer until done

Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic, etc.

Serving size - approx. 3 oz. of chicken
