Ingredients
4 russet potatoes slicedhalf a medium sized yellow onion diced2 ham steaks, all fat trimmed diced3 oz colby jack cheese diced1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
Directions
layer 2 sliced potatoes, half of the onion, 1 ham steak, 1.5 ounces cheese, repeat. Top with soup and cook 8 hours on low.
