Easy Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
2 Tbs olive oil1 medium onion, chopped1 carrot, cut into small pieces2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 red bell pepper, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped28 oz can diced tomatoes2 (15oz) cans beans of your choice1/2 cup spaghetti sauce1.5-2 cups water3 Tbs chili powder3 tsp cuminsalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and sautee for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add garlic and carrot, and sautee for another 3 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients & bring to a boil. Turn heat down to low and cook for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
