Janett's Black Bean Burgers, Very Spicy

4 cups prepared black beans (My recipe)1 medium yellow onion, quartered1 medium sweet red pepper, quartered5 whole garlic cloves, peeled (add more or less according to taste)3 whole jalapeno peppers, quartered1 cup frozen yellow corn1 tsp ground cumin or to taste1 tsp cayenne pepper, optional1 tbl chili powder4 tbl flax, ground
1) Prehaet oven to 400
2) Spray cookie sheet with olive oil and set aside
3) In food processor add first 5 ingredients and process until coarsely chopped
4) Stir in corn, spices and Flax
5) Use 1/3 cup measuring cup to scoop black bean mixture onto cookie sheet. Use back of spoon to evenly distribute mixture. Allow 1 inch between patties.
6) Bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. If you want crispier patties, place under broiler about 30 seconds each side.
7) Cool for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet
