Spicy Pumpkin Muffins with cream cheese filling and streusel topping

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 325 degreesMuffins1 box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake Mix1 15 ounce can Libby's Pure Pumpkin2 eggs1/3 cup water2 tsp pumpkin pie spiceFilling8 ounces cream cheese1 egg1/4 cup brown sugar1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spiceTopping1/3 flour2 TB butter, melted1/3 cup brown sugar1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Mix ingredients for cake at low speed for 30 seconds to combine and then two minutes at medium speed.

For filling:


Beat cream cheese with sugar and pumpkin pie spice until smooth, add egg and beat one minute.

For topping, combine flour, sugar and pumpkin pie spice until evenly distributed. Add melted butter and softened brummel and brown. Use a fork to mix forming a crumbly topping.

Fill muffin tins 1/3 full, using a small scoop (1tsp size) place cream cheese filling in center, add remaining 1/3 cup batter and sprinkle with streusel topping.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 325.
