Ingredients
1 lb- Ground Turkey1 Egg1 Slice- Wheat Bread (crumbled into breadcrumbs)1/4 cup- Dehydrated Chopped Onion2 tbsp- Tomato Catsup1 tbsp- Yellow Mustard1 tsp- Salt1 tsp- Pepper
Directions
Preheat stove or grill on medium heat. (If using stove, cook on a non-stick skillet.)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use hands to work bread, egg, and other ingredients evenly throughout the meat. (Salt, Pepper, Catsup, and Mustard can be increased or decreased according to taste preference.)

Form the meat into balls about 3-4 inches in diameter and then flatten in 1/2 inch thick patties. Place patties a few inches apart in pan or on grill and then cover with a lid. Cook meat for about 4 minutes on each side, or until meat is thoroughly cooked in the middle, but not burned on the outside.

One pound of meat yields about 5-6 patties.
