College Kid's Faux Turkey Lasagna

1 lb. Ground Turkey, Beef, Etc.1 lb. Your favorite Noodles1 can/jar Your favorite spaghetti sauce11.5 oz. Velveeta8 oz. Shredded Cheddar CheeseNon-Stick Spray
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
-coat 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick spray
-cook ground turkey, beef, etc. (I used turkey)
-cook noodles (I used Campanelle, the tornado shaped ones)
-Dice Velveeta into 1/2" cubes
-mix turkey, velveeta, noodles, and sauce in baking dish
-sprinkle shredded cheddar over top
-bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes
*Note-I am cooking at an elevation above 5000 feet so adjust your temps and times accordingly
