Apple Salad

2 cups Apple, cut in bite sized pieces1/4 cup chopped English walnuts1/2 cup diced celery1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) Hellman's Light Mayo4 tsp. (or to taste) Splenda1/8 cup Silk Light Soy Milk
Cut up apples, celery and walnuts. In a separate bowl stir together mayo, Splena and milk until smooth. Pour dressing over apple mixture and stir well to coat. Chill. Make 4 servings, about 3/4 cup each.
