tamarind date chutney

Ingredients
1/2 cup pitted dates1/4 cup tamarind paste2 tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. red chili powder1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a mixer with about 3/4 cup of water. Grind well till it becomes a smooth sauce. Serves 6.
