Ingredients
turkey breast, ground extra lean, honeysuckle white, 16 oz Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)Barbecue Sauce, .5 cup Water, tap, approx 3 cupsRaw White Onion 1 medium Onion, mincedGarlic fresh, raw, 3 cloves, mincedBay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Lindt Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, 3 squares choppedground tumeric, .25 tsp Cloves, ground, .25 tsp Ground cumin, .5 tspGround corriander, .25 tspGround cardomon, .25 tsp1 Tbls cornstarch
Directions
I have a large bowl that measures 2 quarts, or 8 cups. If you have one, use it, if not, the go by approximates in the side bar as it comes to water, "eyeballing" the consistency.

In cold skillet, place raw meat, onion and garlic. Turn heat on medium, and "saute steam", stirring and breaking up the meat as small as you can while it cooks. When it is *almost* all the way done, pour into measuring bowl. Add all other ingredients to bowl, EXCEPT water, and stir. Add enough water to bring up to the 8 cup mark.

Pour into crockpot, and cook on low for 7 - 9 hours.

Makes 8 - 1 cup servings. Top hotdogs, adding mustard and onion with cheddar cheese for a coney, or top on spagetti for 2-5 ways. Topping ingredients not included in calorie count of this recipe.
