Ingredients
12 oz extra lean ground meat1/3 cup grated onion1/4 cup breadcrumbs1/4 cup eggwhites/eggbeaters2cloves garlic (minced)1tsp each of oregano, tarragon,sage,rosemary and Hungarian paprika (hot or mild) salt and pepper to taste
Directions
makes 16 meatballs at apx 1 oz each
Mix all ingredients , form round balls (golf ball size)
Heat olive oil in frying pan
or spray with cooking spray fry meatballs on medium heat untill browned.let cook on low heat for about 15 min
or untill done.
Need gravy?
Just mix one cup hot water with one envelope of Herb Ox granules of chicken bulion,and let meatballs cook in that.
