2 cans chicken broth4 cups water2 cans diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce1 can kidney beans1 cup diced onion1 cup diced celery1 cup frozen peas & carrots1 cup zucchini1 cup summer squash1 cup snapped green beans2 tsp parsley1 tsp oregano1/2 tsp basil1 bay leaf1 tsp pepper2 cloves garlic1 tbsp olive oil2 1/2 cups favorite pasta (I used tri-color rotini)
Pour chicken broth, water, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and kidney beans into crockpot. Stir in vegetables then add spices.
Cover and turn heat to high or low depending on how long you wish to cook. On high for 3 to 4 hours, low for 5 or more hours.
