Chili with Black beans, turkey and cocoa

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon canola oil1 Cup chopped onion2 garlic cloves, minced1 bell pepper, diced1 pound lean ground turkey2 15-ounce cans low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles1 14.5 ounce can tomato sauce1 cup frozen corn1 Tablespoon chili powder1 Tablespoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder1 teaspoon oregano1 ounce semisweet chocolate, cut into tiny pieces
Directions
1. In a soup pot, heat the canola oi over medium high heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes or until slightly softened.

2.Add the turkey and saute until no longer pink, breaking turkey into small chunks.

3.Add all other ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.

Makes 4 generous servings.
