Gazpacho soup, served cold

Ingredients
1 64oz can tomato juice1 large green bell pepper1 large peeled cucumber1 large chopped yellow onion1 cloves garlic/diced1 cup white vinegarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
place 1/2 container tomato juice in blender
add onion, bell pepper, cucumber, garlic, and white vinegar, salt and pepper.
Puree till you can see it all blended.
Remove half into large bowl and then add remaining tomato juice to blender and blend with other 1/2 that's left in blender.
Pour all into large bowl and stir together.
Absolutely delicious. Serve with pita bread and low fat creamed cheese.
