Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey3 tbsp worcerstershire sauce2 tsp garlic1/4 cup chopped onions4 sandwich thins
Directions
Combine all ingredients and shape into patties. Grill for about 15 - 20 minutes. Serve on sandwich thin or other low cal bread.
