Braised Green Cabbage

Ingredients
1/2 head of cabbage1 onion1 carrotsalt and pepper1/4 cup broth or water
Directions
Cut cabbage into 4 or 5 wedges. slice onion thickly. Slice carrots about 1/4 inch rounds. Put all veggies into a 9 x 9 baking dish pour broth or water over over veggies add salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Increase the oven temp to 400 degrees, remove foil and bake about 15 minutes more or until cabbage begins to color a bit. serves 2
