Ingredients
1.5 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1.5 tsp Baking Powder.5 tsp Salt.5 Cups 1% Milk.5 tsp Vanilla.75 Cups Light Butter.75 Cups Splenda.5 Cups Eggbeaters
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt, set aside
Mix milk and vanilla, set aside
Beat Sugar and butter until light and fluffy 3 to 4 min. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add half dry ingredients, followed by milk vanilla mixture, then remaining dry ingredients .
Divid batter evenly in prepared muffin cups. (1/4 cup in each).
Bake 20 to 25 min.
