Turkey Sausage Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1 pound seasoned bulk turkey sausage1 medium onion, dicedsalt to tastepepper to taste4 cups diced potatoes2 cups water2 cans creamed corn8 ounce package of frozen corn kernels1 can evaporated milk1 teaspoon dried marjoram
Directions
Brown turkey sausage with onion, salt and pepper. Drain fat. Add potatoes and water and bring to a boil. lower heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add corn, creamed corn, and evaporated milk. Season with marjoram and simmer for 20 minutes. serve with hot whole wheat rolls.

    I used Italian Turkey sausage and didn't have creamed corn but added chicken stock instead of water and 2 cans fat free evap. milk. It was soooo yummy - even my 2 yr old and 4 yr old ate it! - 8/19/08
