Fresh Apple - Carrot Juice

Ingredients
1 large Red Delicious Apple1 large carrot
Directions
Wash both apple and carrot. Trim blossom and stem ends of apple and top of carrot. Run carrot through juicer first, then apple. Makes 1 serving, about 2/3 cup. It takes longer to set up and clean the juicer that it does to make it, so you may want to multiply the recipe and refrigerate or freeze the remaining juice.
