pinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1.5 serving (remove)Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens, 1 serving(s) (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 2 cup slices (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large, sliced (remove)*Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz crumbled (remove)*Goya, Pinto beans, 2 cup (remove)Beets, boiled, 1 cup slices (remove)Bacon, 4 medium slices, cooked and crumbles(raw product (remove)*Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus, 1 oz (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
Directions
combine all ingredients but the last two in large salad bowl. Whisk together hummus and lemon juice to desired consistency and spoon over individual servings.
