Pumpkin Banana Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
3 cups Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake Mix2 cups Milk3 Egg Whites1 cup Pumpkin1 medium banana (mashed)2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Using a 1/3 cup measure, pour batter onto griddle. Flip pancakes when they are bubbling on top and cooked around the edges. Cook another minute more and serve hot.

Makes 18 pancakes.
