Non-dairy Cream of Asparagus soup

Ingredients
2 boxes of low-sodium chicken broth1 lg potato, sliced into chunks1 med onion, chopped1.5 lbs asparagus, tough ends removed, cut into 1/2" pieces1 C broccoli florets 3/4 C chicken breast, cut into chunks2 cloves garlic, sliced
Directions
Bring to a boil and simmer until everything is soft, about 15-20 min. Run everything through the blender in batches until smooth.
