Quick Chicken n' Vegatables

Ingredients
1 boneless skinless chicken breast1 cup frozed spring vegatables1 tbsp salt free butter Salt free seasoning to taste (I use about 1 tsp or more)
Directions
Place chicken breast on 12in strip of foil
sprinkle with some of the Creole seasoning
place frozed veggies on top add remainder of seasoning and a butter
bring ends of foil together and roll till touching veggies, roll and crimp the ends
Place in preheated oven and bake

This reciepe is one you can mix vegatables you like and season or add your favorite dressing in place of butter and creole seasoning.
Another alternative is to place foil packs on the grill with other meats at a barbeque or picnic
