Ingredients
* Milk, 1%, 0.75 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Nutmeg, ground, 0.25 tsp * Salt, 0.25 tsp * Banana, fresh, 0.50 cup, mashed * Sweet potato, mashed, 0.50 cup * Demerara Sugar, 5 tsp * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Bob's Red Mill Organic Spelt Flour, 0.50 cup
Directions
mix wet ingredients,then blend in dry ingredients. cook in pan, flip and eat. yummy with cream cheese!

    Tasty but odd texture. Takes forever to cook. In my opinion the recipe is nearly there, but needs some tweeking regarding amounts of flour and sweet potato. Excellent banana flavour and not too sweet. - 1/25/11
