Brussels sprouts & bacon

Ingredients
brussels Sprouts, bacon, leek, garlic, water
Directions
Thinly slice Brussels sprouts, set aside.

Finely chop garlic
Coarsely chop bacon and place in deep frying pan.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crisping.
Drain off bacon fat.
Add leek & garlic to pan with drained bacon. Cooking stirring for 2-3 minute (leek is softening).
Add sliced Brussels sprouts and stir to mix well.
Add water.
Cook covered for remainder of time. (mixing occasionally)
water will evaporate steaming the sprouts.
Makes 6-8 servings
