Herbed Mushrooms in White Wine

1 (8oz) package of mushrooms (sliced or whole, depending on your personal preference2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup dry white wine1 tbl olive oil1 tsp thyme1 tsp parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, thyme, and parsley and sauté until tender (about 10 minutes). Stir frequently.
Pour the white wine and garlic over the mushrooms and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated (3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper, cook 1 minute more. Serve.

Used rosemary instead of parsley-little bit stronger. Sauvingon blanc for wine. Loved this recipe, and will totally be cooking again soon! - 8/24/11

Thank you for rating this - I haven't made it in months, and noticing a comment made me want to go out and buy mushrooms. This is an easy, tasty one (imho). :)
