Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 cup (2 sticks) butter softened1/3 cup Splenda1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend2 tsp. vanilla extract2 large eggs1 1/3 cups (8oz. pkg). Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Beat butter, Splenda, brown sugar blend, and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs; beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
