Low calorie enough to eat all you want chili

Ingredients
chili powderonionkidney beanssweet peppersolive oilchicken brothhot petter flakes (optional)jalepenos (optional)
Directions
Cook at least 8 times this recipe.
Soften onions and peppers in olive oil over med heat then add 1,2 the chili powder, watch your heat. Do not burn the chili powder. Stir in chicken broth and simmer till vegetables are soft.
Add tomatoes. Simmer covered 15 min.
Add 1/2 chili powder.
Add beans.
Add hots.
Let simmer 1/2 hour. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
Reheat and enjoy
