Veggie and Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
2 tsp. Beef or Chicken buillon granuals (or two cubes)2 cups water1 scallion or long onion diced2 large mushrooms sliced or diced2 egg whites, slightly beaten1/4 cup zucchini, diced
Directions
1. Add beef or chicken bouillon granduals to 2 cups water

2. Add all diced veggies and bring to boil

3. While boiling, drizzle in egg white

    Great soup...I used the Campbell's FF Low Sodium chicken broth and you can add lots of other veggies for just a few calories - 8/27/07
