Arroz con shrimp

Ingredients
1.50 Oz Shrimp 2 Packages Goya Seasoning1 Cube Chicken Bullion1.5 Cups White rice
Directions
Wash raw shrimp and chop into small pieces about 1/2 inch. Mix water to rice ratio as bag suggests ( I usually go with 1 C rice to 1 & 1/2 C water). Add 2 seasoning packets and one bullion cube to rice and water, put on high to boil. once a light boil is achievd, drop shrimp in to pot let boil for one to two min, stir close lid and turn heat down to simmer. Cook for 20 to 25 min or untill rice is tender, fluff with a fork.
