Green's Red Black Yellow Green Salad

½ pkg. super-sweet corn, thawed and drained1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 jalapeno, seeded and finely minced½ each, red and orange pepper, mincedHandful parsley, minced1 large clove garlic, put through a pressJuice of 4 limes1 Tblsp. Olive oil¼ tsp. cumin, more to taste½ tsp. kosher salt, more to taste
In a small bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, cumin and salt. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour dressing over all and mix again. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Makes approximately four servings.
