Broccoli Breakfast Quiche (crustless)

Ingredients
3 Cups steamed broccoli½ onion, chopped 11 Eggs½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mixed)1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp pepper½ tsp saltGrated parmesan for top
Directions
Steam broccoli. Saute onions. Put broccoli and onions in 8x8 pyrex baking pan. Beat eggs. Add cheddar cheese and spices and mix. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle greated parmesan on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 F. Cut in 16 squares. Makes 8 2-square servings.
