WW cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients
15 oz container of skim ricotta1/2 cup of skim Mazzorella cheese1- 10 oz package of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.1 tsp oregano1tsp of onion powder1/4 tsp black pepper4 medium size soft tortillas (heart Healthy)1/4 cup of Shredded Mexican blend shredded cheese
Directions
Mix the cheeses except for Mexican shredded together and roll up in the flour tortillas. Place in a prepared (sprayed) 7 x 11 inch baking pan. Pour a small can of salsa verde over the tortillas and sprinkle each tortilla with a tablespoon of the shredded Mexican blended cheese. Bake 30 min. at 400 degrees
