Cut apples into chunks. Put in large dutch oven with apple juice and grape juice concentrate. Bring to a boil, cover, and turn heat to medium/low. Simmer until apples are very soft and all ingredients have blended. Let cool, then spice with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to taste.
