Dianne's Homemade Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green bell pepper1 can diced tomatoes, undrained1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed24 oz vegetable juiceChili PowerCumin
Directions
1. Spray large saucepan with cooking spray or oil. Add beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, until meat is not longer pink, and crumbles.

2. Put everything in a pot, and bring to a boil, stir occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

*Season to taste..... I like to add extra chili powder and cumin to my meat when I cook it, as well as add the spices called for when you mix everything together.**
