Curry/Cheese Perogies

Ingredients
Filling:2 medium potatoes 2 points1 1/2 cups cheese, grated 6 points 1 tbsp lemon juice 0 points1 tsp. dijon mustard 0 points1 tsp curry 0 pointssome pepperDough:1 1/2 cups flour 8 points1/2 tsp saltegg replacer to = 2 eggs 1-2 points4 tbsps margarine 12 points
Directions
Makes 16 perogies.

Boil potatoes.

Filling: Mix potatoes, cheese, lemon juice, mustard, curry, pepper together in an electric mixer to mash it up.

To make dough: Mix together flour, salt, egg replacer, and margarine. Make 16 squares/circles. Put about a 1 tbsp. of the filling on each square/circle. Fold it over, and seal ends with a fork.

With a low boil, cook the perogies for 5 minutes.
