*Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Celery, cooked, 1 stalks (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 32 oz (remove)Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)*Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 2 oz (remove)Basil, 4 leaves (remove)
Saute garlic, onion, and celery in oil for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, cook and stir for 5-10 minutes or until tender. Add vegetable juice, broth and pasta and simmer for 20mnnutes or until tender. Add spinach and basil; cook 5 additional minutes or until spinach is wilted. 10 servings
