Ingredients
55 Minutes to Prepare and Cook2 (10 oz) boxes of frozen spinach 2 cups 2% sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup 2% cottage cheese 4 egg beaters1 small white onion 1/4 cup weat germ
Directions
Make sure that the spinach is drained throughly,
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 12 inch casserole dish
Bake on 350 for 45 minutes
Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Very yummy. I substituted half of the cheddar with fat free, and used fat free cottage cheese, and Fiber One ground up instead of wheat germ. The crunchy edges are the best! - 10/23/07
