Veal Steaks in Gravy

Ingredients
Non-stick Cooking Spray (Olive Oil)6-4 ounce veal steaks1 Medium Onion Sliced1 Beef Bouillon Cube1/2 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream1 1/2 cup waterSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Heat pan over medium-high heat.

Rub salt and pepper into veal steaks. Add veal to hot pan and brown on both sides. Remove veal from pan, set to the side. Add onion to pan and saute until brown. Add veal, water and bouillon cube to pan and bring to a slight boil. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove veal and set aside.

Stir corn starch into sour cream and add to broth. Heat but do not boil. Serve with steaks.
