Chunked potatos, chunked carrots, diced onion, mustard seeds, chili powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, turmeric powder, water salt, lentils
Chunk the potatoes and carrots. Dice the onions. Cook the potatoes, carrots, onions, and lentils until soft. Put oil in the pan, add a tsp of mustard seeds when the oil is hot enough for them to pop. Add a little turmeric powder, chili powder, a lot of coriander powder, a lot of chicken masala. Mix. Add potatos, carrots, onions, and lentils
. Add water. Simmer for a bit about 10-15 min. Add salt.
