Chocolate Pumpkin Healthy muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 cup ground flax meal1 cup oat bran1/2 cup sugar in the raw1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 tbsp olive oil3/4 cup egg beaters1/4 cup fat free sour cream1 1/2 cups fat free milk3/4 cup hershey's special dark cocoa powder1/2 cup ghirardelli 60% coco chips2 cups canned pumpkin1.5 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tbsp vanilla extract1 tsp cayenne pepper 2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Put all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a medium bowl add wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir thouroughly.
Spray non-stick spray onto paper lined baking muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
