Low-fat Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour2 3/4 cups white flour1 cup white sugar1 cup brown sugar1 cup splenda1 1/2 t. baking soda1 1/2 t. baking powder1 1/2 t. nutmeg1 1/2 t. cinnamon1/2 t. cloves1 cup egg whites (or 12 egg whites)1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin1 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup chocolate chips (or raisins or nuts)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line or grease 30-36 cups in muffin pans.

2. In very large bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Then, mix all together until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips.

3. Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 30-35 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
